This is a Butt-Kicking Workout!
Our classes are structured toward getting You Results! This 45 minute workout will increase your Strength, Endurance & Flexibility. Carrying a few extra pounds you'd like to get rid of? This class will help melt it away, burning 600 - 800 calories per class.

But remember, there is no substitute for a healthy diet!
Kickboxing
You'll be learning and executing Real Kickboxing Moves on the heavy bag. We'll teach you how to properly deliver each punch and kick and will help you perfect the movements along the way.

Unlike kicking and punching in the air, striking the bag adds "Resistance" to this strong, cardio portion of the class. And everybody knows that 'Resistance' is the key to increasing lean muscle.

Strength Training
A portion of our class is devoted to increasing Strength and Muscle Tone. Our medicine ball routines will help develop stronger, leaner muscle which increases the metabolic rate to burn fat.

Our Abs & Core routine will strengthen your Abs and entire Core. Yes, you'll be sore at first, but the results will have you aching for more!
